Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate at ULTRA Human, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, promoting our fitness products and services, and creating a memorable experience that aligns with our commitment to health, fitness, and innovation. Based in Indira Nagar, Bangalore, this role requires a high-energy individual who is passionate about fitness, tech-savvy, and excels in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their fitness goals and recommend ULTRA Human products/services tailored to their needs.
  • Drive sales through effective communication, product demonstrations, and personalized customer interactions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ULTRA Human’s product range, including fitness equipment, wearables, and tech-driven fitness solutions.
  • Leverage technology (CRM tools, fitness apps, etc.) to track customer preferences, manage leads, and close sales.
  • Promote brand loyalty by creating a positive and energetic in-store experience.
  • Stay updated on fitness trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize in-store events, fitness workshops, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to ULTRA Human’s brand standards.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Candidate Profile:

  • Personality: Charismatic, approachable, and confident with a positive attitude that inspires trust and motivates others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with diverse customers and present ideas clearly.
  • Fitness Enthusiast: A fitness freak with a genuine passion for health and wellness, ideally with personal experience in fitness routines, gym training, or related activities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology, including fitness wearables, mobile apps, and CRM software. Quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Experience: Prior sales or customer-facing experience in retail, fitness, or lifestyle brands is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with the right attitude and skills are welcome.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline. Certifications in fitness, nutrition, or sales are a plus.
  • Location Fit: Familiarity with Indira Nagar, Bangalore, and its vibrant community is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and proactive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of fitness technology and trends (e.g., smartwatches, fitness trackers, gym equipment).
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset to work with colleagues across departments.
